Hello Darlings,
Every spring, I do spring cleaning on my own exterior - there is no better way to put it. This time of the year I book a facial, change my skin care routine, stock up on SPF 50, purchase lots of bright nail polishes, use my favorite Kerastase hair mask extensively, and of course, go brighter with my hair! This year, I was lucky to be a part of Spa week and invited to receive a treatment at Samsara Day Spa in Forest Hill, Toronto. The treatments were perfect for for my spring “cleaning” 
Along with shedding layers and saying goodbye to winter clothes, there’s also dull winter skin that every girlie wants to leave behind. Nothing makes me feel worse than flaky skin or dry hair; but with years of trying I have found few remedies that truly work.
Samsara Day Spa is located in the beautiful Forest Hill Village at 216 Heath Street West. The upscale spa offers a range of services from massages to facials to pregnancy care and male grooming. I received an Indian Head Massage and a Warm Bamboo Massage, which is known for its healing properties. Using fresh cut bamboo, this deep tissue massage left me feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Considering I have had my fair share of massage treatments, I consider myself a connoisseur and this is by far my favorite massage type.
Samsara Day Spa offers a variety of packages and some that interest me are: The Executive Package for him and the Fountain of Youth for her. The word “Samsara” means “a cycle of rebirth” and this place is bound to make you feel rejuvenated!

I was not in the mood for dressing up, so this was my simple outfit of the day. I paired my new cashmere turtleneck with cargo pants and boots. Nothing beats the comfort and softness of cashmere, and this outfit was perfect for a post-spa cozy look.

Oh Marta, this sounds absolutely perfect! I would love a spa day, it has been so long since I’ve had one. My mother’s birthday is coming up and I think I will book a double facial for her and myself when she comes back from Thailand!
