Obsessing Oxford….

Good Morning Darlings,
Well, it's official I am obsessed with flat oxfords... never expected this but I just can't get enough of them. They make every casual outfit look sooooo much cuter adding easy flare. It is definitely the most perfect shoe to take me back to university...ideal for campus life.
As for today, well a long day at an art gallery awaits me... I complete my internship this week and I have so much work to finish that it will definitely keep me on the run, which of course will require comfortable shoes. So, here's what I am stepping out in: simple and easy!
I am wearing: Mexx Top; French Connection Skirt;Candela Tokyo Oxford Flats; Regina Italia Handmade Leather Purse; American Apparel Shiny Headband in Metalli Silver; A.V. Max Cuff; Diamond and Platinum Studs.
Therefore, after receiving an e-mail from one of the lovely readers, I was more than excited to do my research on my new favorites and find a variety of styles and outfit options.
Personally, I believe that this shoe is a classic... because how can it not be? Men have been wearing them for ages, it is only a matter of feminizing them :P I think that they look best with simple outfits, nothing too complicated... since you want the shoe to be a statement. Simplicity is the key for me, well in every aspect of getting dressed.
For instance, Sienna Miller has been wearing these babies all over the world and really made this trend her own. I love her simple and easy approach, that is not overwhelming but perfectly feminine, delicate and casual.

If I was to "invest" in another pair it would definitely be simple, black, patent leather shoe.... classic but with a touch of interest!
I settled for a fun shoe. They really do make every outfit come alive and with my simple wardrobe-it works out perfectly.
I think that this style is perfect for summer time... clean and simple.

Day and Night….

During the day, daddy and I went skiing ... which we try to do regularly. Lucky, he's an avid and wonderful skier and has taught me and introduced me to his hobby when I was a little kid. It is our father and daughter time ... :) P.S. On the side not,always wear a helmet when skiing...I always do.Safety comes first!

Trip Prep….

Hello Darlings,
It's been a loooong week.... I have one more exam in Medieval Art (Monday) left and then I am officially done with my first semester.... meaning that I will have so much more time to dedicate to this blog and time to reall the Twilight Saga.
SHOPPING TRIP
Yesterday, was yet another day spent shopping but this time in an actually mall with Andrew rather then online with a cup of tea - quite a comparison I made there,lol. We were just picking up a few things for our vacation and I picked up a pair of these awesome Marc Jacobs sunglasses... and this versatile one shoulder top from Mexx and I finally received my Accessories & Beyond Bracelets and they are amazing.
I am wearing: Mexx Cotton/Silk one shoulder top H&M High waisted skirt Accessories & Beyond Gold Bracellets Marc Jacobs Sunglasses Juicy Couture Mary Jane Heels Flow Gold Earings
( P.S. The skirt has 6 buttons but the light reflected only of the 3.)
Although I never had enough guts to wear such massive sunglasses, I decided to give them a try.... as for Ray ban wayfarers, I can't find them in my size (52-14) every pair I found was huge (55-16) .... So we will see how that turns out... As for now I am completely satisfied to bring my Chanel Aviators and Marc Jacobs Sunglasses on the trip.
I love the idea of matching my bracelets to the shoes... hehe
And the detail pic of the sunglasses and the bracelets... the frames are very comfortable and the glass transitions from darker to lighter. Well, lovelies what do you think of the glasses? Honestly.... I can still return them if I change my mind. Thank you all for your lovely comments and e-mails... it means a world to me. I will also have another beauty post coming up... since I've been experimenting with new mascaras,face care products, and found the most perfect nail color ever. I wish you all a lovely day!!!
