Hello Darlings, Between the travel and work responsibilities, finding balance to maintain a healthy lifestyle while investing in relationships with friends and family can be a fine line between mayhem and perfection. It’s an ongoing balancing act that requires continuous effort. However after all, good things in life do not come easy and require work. 
For the past number of months as the work stresses continue to increase, I’ve focused on finding a balanced lifestyle. It’s well know fact that the best way to manage stress is by establishing a routine and healthy habits. Thankfully in today’s world there are number of super gadgets that help out with that journey. For the past month or so in additional to regular exercise I’ve introduced Jawbone UP MOVE to monitor my activity and sleep patterns.
Hello Darlings, It is said that the best way to know a woman is to go shopping with her. Perhaps a naive statement but one that carries some truth to it. While shopping is an enjoyable activity it is also one that says a lot about woman’s likes and dislikes. Even more so it speaks to her emotional state. No woman can disagree with a fact that buying something lovely on a terrible day feels pretty great!
With long work days and school finals coming up, my Friday evening was spent “letting off some steam” and flexing some credit card muscles. As any woman I find comfort in retail therapy, even if shopping is a big part of my job description. For as long as I can remember my mom and I would spend some of our alone mother-daughter time at Sherway Gardens, and I have so many fond memories associated with the mall. Hello Darlings, Few weeks ago I had the pleasure of attending the grand opening of Canada’s first stand alone Jimmy Choo boutique. Thankfully within the past few years American retail giants and sought after designers have made their way across border and have blessed us with a wider selection of fashion goodies. I will always be a supporter of Canadian retailers foremost however it is always wonderful to have more choices. After all, it is a woman’s nature to want to have more!
Founded in 1996 by couture shoe designer Jimmy Choo and Vogue accessories editor Tamara Mellon, the Jimmy Choo was favorite of Princess Diana. The design direction is overseen by Creative Director Sandra Choi, who’s the niece of Choo’s wife. Sandra’s vision is to create one of world’s most treasured luxury brands. The 198 square meter store, located in Yorkdale Shopping Centre reflects the new global store concept designed with the London-based David Collins Studio and is true to Choo aesthetic.
