The best ever….

Hello Darlings,
Even though it was pouring outside,nothing was going to ruin my cheerful mood. Instead I decided to put my best foot forward in my all-time favorite Kors booties and dress up.
I picked up this simple top from Aritzia about a week...I loved a fact that it is shorter in the front and longer in the back. I loved the simplicity and the interesting cut.
I am wearing: Wilfred Top; American Apparel Shiny Late Night Skirt; Michael Kors Booties; A.V.Max Cuff
I've always preferred simplicity, but now I am convinced that the more simple the things are, the better!!! ... simplicity really does go a long way ( well, at least for me)! I would also like send out a big thank you to Antoine from florilège d'esthète... for the lovely award and his beautiful words.... THANK YOU!!!!!

All things BOW…

Hello Lovelies,

Bows-one of my biggest obsessions! I'm not sure what it is about bows that I adore, but the moment I see anything with them... I simply buy. They are charming, feminine, delicate and oh so pretty...but with a touch of glitz and glam an innocent bow can create one of the most interesting looks for a night out.

When I received an e-mail from one of the lovely readers..... regarding finding a perfect bow clutch I decided that this was my chance to completely over-obsess with bows and find a million cute things that one can wear them with. Although, finding a perfect bow purse/clutch is not as easy as one would assume... and trust me I know, it took me years to find the perfect one: in my case it was my Gustto Cokera purse. However, when you do find it and when you love bows as much as I do... it makes you jump for joy every time you wear it.

Liquid….

Hello Darlings, I am still asking myself as to why I did not buy this skirt earlier, since I've tried it on at least a million times. Every time I would try it on, the "conservative" voice in my head would always talk me out of buying it with a simple question.... "Where are you going to wear a faux leather-like skirt?"
Well apparently everywhere!!!
I am wearing: H&M Tank; American Apparel Late Night Mini Skirt; Juicy Couture ballerinas; Luc Kieffer Barbared Wire Ring; A.V. Max Cuff; Gustto Cokera Purse; Chanel Sunglasses.
After months of doubting I've finally bought it and discovered that this skirt is like a pair of black jeans. It is a piece that my closet was lacking.
The skirt is a tiny bit too big and sits very comfortably with none of that annoying tightness. It also makes every simple tee look that much more fun and interesting. I've also uncovered today that it works amazingly with a pair of ballerinas... for just a simple and casual look. The idea that this skirt is only for partying is no longer occupying my mind and I am very excited to experiment with it.
Actually, I prefer to wear such attention grabbing piece with something more modest and subtle as a ballet flat, instead of sky-high stilettos. Well, maybe in Las Vegas... or when I am feeling super confident... I will wear it out with my favorite Kors heels for a night of guilty fun! Maybe, one day?!
As for today, it was just flats with a dusty-rose tank with triple chains.... and the detail freak that I am , the tank and flats are an identical color. The triple-chains added a unique touch to an otherwise simple tank. YAY, it's Friday!!!
