Last Days of Summer…
Hello Darlings,
For the past month, I've been hopelessly waiting for the arrival of fall and all the beautiful layering pieces that come with it. However, as the last day of summer passed by I couldn't help but feel a bit nostalgic for those beautiful summer days and breezy dresses. Confusing, I know!
I am not sure if it's my inability to transition or the feeling that I am stuck in a style rut but I am stalling....constantly turning to my daily uniform of jeans, ballerinas and a cashmere. That would also explain my lack of posts which I've been struggling to complete.But no worries darlings, I feel like I have regained my stylistic inspiration...and ready to attack the daily dilemma of "closet full of clothes and nothing to wear" head on 
. It's amazing how much one can philosophize about clothes, and I am not even going to go into the topic of shoes.
But then again, where else is the girl to unleash her absolute guilty pleasure of ranting about all things fashion and beautiful if not on the blog. So shall we...

Whew, it has been a crazy summer...full of unexpected events and never ending study sessions! As the summer is coming to a halt and I am counting down the days to my birthday...I must admit that I am looking forward to a start of a new season.
It is not only because I adore fall fashions, but because fall is a beginning of something new. It is the time to pack away summer closet and unpack the fall attire, decide on a darker and richer hue for the hair do, switch from sherbets to burgundies on your nails, tone down the pink lip color, take out the cashmere reserves, and of course step forward with booties and boots! How can it not be exciting?The beautiful coats, the stunning scarfs, a million ways to layer a cardi, the opaque tights, and of course the leather jackets! Just the thought of a beautiful fall day, with a hot coffee in hand, absorbing the last rays of sunshine, surrounded by the falling leaves and the golden colors..makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside

Happy Friday!!! I hope that everyone is enjoying the beautiful summer weather and taking the time to relax.
I definitely have been taking the time to myself and just focusing on getting back into the swing of things after such a difficult time. I have come to realize that there is nothing wrong with simply slowing down. I must admit that it is pretty awesome, to just kick back and not feel guilty about it. It's a fascinating feeling and one that I am not quite used to

Today was quite beautiful and relaxing.I've been spending lots of time with my parents and just trying to take it one day at a time. Thank you so much for the beautiful e-mails and messages, they have truly warmed my heart and placed a smile on my face. I wish I could say that I am fine, but in reality I am quite dazed. However, I am always an optimist. I think that life truly is beautiful and joyful, if you take the time to see it. Therefore, I will be taking the time to focus on myself as this has been a very difficult year.
On a happier note, I am proud to say that today was quite active.
Sunday Mornings Rituals….

Just wanted to make a quick Sunday morning post and share with you my new linen blazer. I was just grabbing a quick coffee before a walk in the park, so I settled for a comfortable look but with a touch of polish. Sundays are pretty relaxing and I enjoy dressing the part
On relaxing Sundays, I usually stay away from make-up and go for a messy bun or a ponytail. No muss...no fuss!I've been studying non-stop this entire weekend which doesn't leave me that much time for priming.It was nice to just unwind with my mom

When in doubt and feeling down.... just go shopping! This has been my motto for the past couple of days. During the time when I am feeling down, I always find joy in a shopping mall. Retail Therapy WORKS!
I don't care what people say, but the best way to get away from things is by either literary getting away (travel) or by escaping to the mall. There are times when a girl just needs to indulge and treat herself to a new purchase. But since,I've been stressing like crazy... I ended up with a hefty bag of goodies from Aritzia and a new pair of Ray Ban Wayfarer's.

Finding a pair of perfect jeans is like finding that perfect little black dress. It takes hours of intensive labor, patience, and numerous trips to a mall. But when you do find that pair, every top in your wardrobe seems to have that much more potential! For me this mission began, sometime last fall...I was desperate to find a pair of black, skinny, and perfectly cropped jeans. Although, I failed miserably for months, I finally found what I was looking for this past weekend.
