Finding a pair of perfect jeans is like finding that perfect little black dress. It takes hours of intensive labor, patience, and numerous trips to a mall. But when you do find that pair, every top in your wardrobe seems to have that much more potential! For me this mission began, sometime last fall...I was desperate to find a pair of black, skinny, and perfectly cropped jeans. Although, I failed miserably for months, I finally found what I was looking for this past weekend.

If I was to choose only one item to purchase it would definitely be a cute pair of flats.

Living in Canada has its advantages and disadvantages...however when it comes to fashion, it is mostly a disadvantage. Well, unless you're willing to adapt, adjust and embrace the beauty of Canadian freezing winters. Personally, I love winter...for the activities, holiday season, and of course the million ways one must learn to stay warm 
In some cases it is finding a pair of boots that are not only fabulous but practical, water-proof and warm ( my secret: a pair of good quality ski socks, those babies are über warm! Give them a try!) or finding that ideal winter jacket....or in my case, the struggle to find a perfect LBD ( little black dress) that is suitable for -20s and chic parties!!!.....

Snow Day…and Mackage obsessing :S

Winter has arrived....with a crazy snow storm and freezing temperatures. However, I must admit I was quite excited to get outside! Only because I wanted to wear my new Mackage jacket.However, the moment I stepped my foot outside, I changed my mind! Today, I spend my day in Godiva picking up some gifts with mommy and indulging in chocolate ( what else can make a girl feel better?!), reading Gospel According to Chanel and of course resting....the resting part gets so boring at times!

I don't want to be mopey or complain how much having a concussion and all sorts of pain sucks because things could have been much worse and I am just glad that they are not! So my advise to those of you who are in a low point in their life ( such as myself, post car accident) is....

Today was spent in the library killing my head with French, honestly all that I can say is do not start a language in a university. It really does take too much time from the rest of the work. Anyways, moving on.... following my grueling study session and an exam, it was all about Halloween costume hunt! And yep, I found myself a costume! So excited 
I love dressing up, I am such a kid at heart.
Getting to the point...because I can ramble for hours I always receive a lot of e-mails about two of my Mackage jackets which I am always happy to answer each individually. However, I decided to make a general post just in case others are curious or do not feel comfortable e-mailing ( although I really do love getting e-mails from you!)

I am getting worried that I might be getting a little out of hand with my guilty pleasure - shopping online. At the comfort of my bed with a cup of strong espresso, I love to indulge in a little bit of innocent shopping.... three hours later and my order is in. But that changed when I came across a beautiful pair of Davis by Ruthie Davis Mary Jane's. I could not resist the shoes or a fact that they were on sale. Although they are in a classic Mary Jane style, they do come with a twist that I was craving.
