As we prepare for our beautiful summer adventures, we also prep those beautiful bods of ours. From coveted sun kissed glow to smooth skin, it is all part of our warm weather routine. Smooth meaning hairless! For us, women hair removal has become an integral part of maintenance routine as brushing teeth and doing laundry.

Nowadays a number of hair removal methods are available both professionally and at home. Thankfully the options have advanced and as a result have greatly improved our comfort levels. One of the latest innovations on the market was introduced by Veet this March. Their new Veet Natural Inspirations line is made from up to 100% naturally-sourced ingredients which are known for their moisturizing and soothing properties.The collection features 8 new products and includes cream depilatories as well as wax strips for the body and face. The Natural Inspirations products have grape seed oil, argan oil, shea butter and aloe for moisture, while ingredients sourced from pine resin, sugar cane and potatoes are part of the depilatory formulas. All of the formulas are available for normal & dry and sensitive skin.

In preparation for the warm weather fun, I was invited to try out a few products from the new line including Argan Sugar Wax, Facial Cream Removal Cream and Avocado Legs and Body ream. All of the products are user friendly and are easy to use at home without much hassle. I really like that the hair removal creams are easy enough to travel with.

Sugar Wax enriched with argan and vanilla oil is designed to be used at home after heating for 40 seconds in the microwave or 10 minutes in boiling water. The good part is that the residue comes off easily with water and works great on short stubborn hair. The formula can be used on legs, arms, underarms, bikini line, upper lip, cheeks and chin.
Facial Hair Removal Cream enriched with grape seed oil is dermatologist tested and formulated for gentle use on the facial area. Apply the cream on the wanted area with a curved part of the spatula and leave on for 5 minutes, then using the spatula gently remove the cream. If the hair is stubborn, leave it on for a few more minutes but do not exceed total of 10 minutes. After the formula is removed be sure to rinse and apply finishing cream.
Hair Removal Cream enriched with grape seed and avocado oil for two times longer lasting effects than shaving. The steps of use are exactly the same as those for facial hair removal

Regardless of which method of hair removal you prefer be sure to cleanse the area with soap and warm water and dry it thoroughly. Also ensure that the area is dry and free of creams or cosmetics. Prior to applying any hair removal products inspect that your skin does not have cuts or scrapes as it will add to the ouch factor.
