Hello Darlings,
At some point in August, a girl finds herself scrolling through the pages of lush coats when browsing an online store or magazine. As I was making lists of all the fall items to purchase - despite it being 26 degrees outside - my mind is cozying up in a cashmere shawl on a chilly autumn day.

With a change of a season also comes — what I call — a hair re-do. Adjusting my highlights according to the weather forecast has always been my “thing”: cold=richer and deeper copper; warm=ombré honey highlights. With my regular visit to EXIT Salon, I discovered the secret to healthy and shiny hair.

As my colorist Rob Pizzuti was perfecting my hair color, as a dedicated blogger and part-time interrogator, I was picking his brain for what it is that made my hair so shiny ever since EXIT became my official hair Mecca.
The answer is hair gloss!

What: Hair Gloss Treatment
Where: I get mine at EXIT Salon but most professional salons offer the service
Cost: $35 for average length hair at EXIT.
Why: It is glycerin based and ammonia-free treatment that makes your hair shiny and healthy.
When done properly at the salon the result is dramatic and lasts 5 to 6 weeks.
The treatment can be custom mixed to color or just clear.
I am wearing:
♥ Zara Silk Blouse
♥ 7 for All Mankind Skinny Jeans in Rinsed Indigo
♥ 3.1 Phillip Lim Simon Sunnies
♥ Steven by Steven Madden Madee Leopard Loafers

With Love…
Marta

I love this outfit! Those jeans fit you oh so perfectly, and I’m in love with your white Z Spoke bag! Great look. And I’m definitely trying the hair gloss - do you know if it’s possible to do it over henna treated hair?

Thank you so much Sarah
As for the gloss you would have to ask the hair colorist. I am not sure.
looooove this look. to me, your outfit is the epitome of chic for fall. i am obsessed with the flowy top and skinnies. the loafers are so stinking cute.
i have been tempted to do a gloss treatment in the past and now that i’m back to a brunette for fall my hair is still a bit dry on the ends from my super ombre, so a shine treatment would def do the trick. i am def going to ask my stylist for my next trim.

I really love the gloss treatment it does wonders for my hair
Hi Marta! I love your outfit too
and in love with the new Z Spoke bag. I always admired your hair, so I’m glad that you are the interrogator at the salon for all of us. I have to give more attention to my hair. First, I need to look for a good salon, then I need to get some trim and gloss treatment!
I’m always amazed by your gorgeous hair. Thank you for the tips. A very chic outfit as usual, that suits you so well.
