Hello Darlings, Some might be surprised to find out that I was a tomboy 🙂 Imagine the little girl who loves wearing dresses, and then ruining them splashing in puddles (sorry Mom!). So when Blue Mountain offered to host me to their Autumn Experience getaway, I was pretty excited. The getaway included exploring the woods with their Mountaintop Segway Tours and handing on for dear life 50 feet in the air on the Timber Challenge High Ropes course!
Hello Darlings, I did it! I finished Fifty Shades of Grey by E L James over the weekend! I avoided falling into the Twilight-like trap for as long as I could but the controversy surrounding this trilogy was finally just too much to resist. I did not expect a Lolita type novel where the writing would be a masterpiece and the plot a mind-twister. I was expecting Twilight renaissance with a mild dose of BDSM (aka - bondage & discipline / dominance & submission / sadism & masochism) minus the vampires!
Hello Darlings, Having my university degree in art history and architecture, gallery visits are a big part of my personal life. Art Gallery of Ontario is one of my favorites to visit for inspiration, and this summer the gallery has a wonderful exhibit, Picasso: Masterpieces from Musée National Picasso running until August 26.
