Hello Darlings,
Summer is all about wearing as little clothing as possible, which mean wardrobe choices can be limited. Getting bored with my current summer choices and feeling uninspired... I decided to do something drastic, buying a cropped tank at American Apparel. I loved it so much that I wore it out of the store.

After today's shopping rendezvous, I am issuing myself a "stay away from the malls" note that I am going to hang up my door.... :P All that I see is SALE SALE SALE.. how can you not go in? Will power you might say....well, I don't have any :(
After my shopping date with my mom, I made a stop at Godiva to pick up some chocolate... and then we had a walk in a beautiful park in Toronto. I have spent a lot of time with my parents lately, and I cherish every moment with her...
Back to the outfit, it was so hot today... so I didn't mind being more naked than usual. The new tee and Abercrombie shorts were life savers, plus they are going to come in handy in Vegas (can't wait, I am counting down the days!).
While shopping today, I realized my 21st Birthday is just few weeks again.... and I panicked. Does this age officially make me a grown-up? My thoughts were overwhelming, so I realized if ever I can wear a cropped tee and tiny shorts this is the time... surely not 10 years from now!

Hello Darlings,
I am more in love with these Victoria Beckham dVb jeans than expected. Beckham really seems to understand the female body and how to create flattering jeans, that make a woman feel feminine as they hug every curve and minimize any flaw. So I decided to revisit her book "That Extra Half an Inch" and share her suggestions to finding a perfect pair, fit, wash and style.
... after a day of shopping. I felt amazing wearing them. Although the jean does have a flare to it, I love how long it makes my legs look.The jeans are the focus of attention in this simple outfit, as they added an interesting twist. I also really love the little stars on the behind pockets... :)
I am wearing:
dVb Skinny Flare Jeans;
Abercrombie & Fitch Sweater;
Michael Kors Heels;
Gustto Cokera Purse;
Diamond Ring courtesy Ice.com Jewelers;Accessories&Beyond Bracelets;
Ray Ban Wayfarers
Thank you so much for your continuing support... If I do win, I plan on hosting a personal giveaway that will represent the blog and its tribute to Chanel as a thank you.
Hello Darlings,
My Revolve Clothing packages arrived, which included my new Candela Oxfords!!! I fell in in love the moment I saw them, but was patient for them to go on sale from $243 to $121, which was well worth the wait.
No longer associated with salesmen and schoolgirls, flat oxfords have been updated in enough colors and finishes to please every whimsy. With charming simplicity and delicate detail, they are more beautiful than I expected. They are my new substitutes for an all time favorite ballerinas!

Candela Oxfords are delicate and feminine. The leather is so soft, plus I love that there a no laces since it makes them even more interesting. They are perfect shoes for summer, and add a unique touch to a subtle and simple wardrobe - just how I like it, simple outfit with interesting details.

Today's outfit, consisted of my new favorites paired with all gray. I adore gray-on-gray with just a touch of color, such as this purple bag. Also, I've decided that rolling up jeans is a fabulous way to showcase gorgeous footwear and achieve a more casual look.

On another note, I watched the Vanity Fair movie and was surprised that 300 hundred pages of Thackeray's work was condensed into 20 minutes and the ending was completely opposite of the book. I hate when movies change the meaning of the books, especially in such a powerful and significant work as this. It is a decent film, but it does not do the book any justice. The plot was far too simplified and did not portray the true intentions of the author - who is so brilliant.

Hello Darlings,
Shorts = Complicated. Finding the perfect shorts was a never ending mission until I came upon these Wilfred shorts. In my search, I tried cute classic cuts that look prim and proper, the distressed über short shorts that hardly covered my bottom and looks grunge, the boyfriend shorts that looked laid back, and countless other styles.
None of them worked for me!!! They looked alright but they were simply not me. I will only buy an item when I feel like it fits my style. And this pair WAS ME!!! YAYAY... mission impossible, made possible.
