I've been having a wonderful time exploring the city where I was born: Lviv, Ukraine. I am taking the time to wander the streets, with the help of my trusty guidebook. Catching up with the childhood friends and spending time with my family.
In the following few posts, I will include photos of a breathtaking Medieval Castle where I have a guided tour scheduled; as well as the Art, Bell, Book, and Icon Galleries; churches; and much more.

I was expecting the weather to be much warmer and brought mostly sandals and flats. Thankfully, I did bring these Michael Kors boots - they have served me well. I really love that most of the women here wear heels daily. It still amazes me how different North American and European style is :)

I really hope the weather gets warmer, to be able to finally shed my leather jacket and abandon my cashmere scarf. Despite the fact that these are some of my favorite pieces, I can't wait to resume wearing summer clothes!
I am wearing:
Abercrombie & Fitch Sweater
Armani Exchange Pants
Mackage Leather Jacket
Club Monaco Cashmere Scarf
Michael Kors booties.
As for the outfit, well I brought most of my closet favorites and have been having fun mixing and matching. Simplicity is the key for me, as many of you already know!
With Love...

Hello Darlings,
Just returned from a romantic weekend getaway at Niagara Falls. It was a much needed getaway for Andrew and I to enjoy each others company.

A quick escape nearby can be way better as a couple than is a huge vacation and this was one of those cases. We stayed at the 80 year old Crowne Plaza Niagara Falls (opened in 1927), not only because I was fascinated with the history and its unique architecture but also because Marilyn Monroe stayed there when filming "Niagara"in 1952.

I am not a big fan of generic modern day hotels for a romantic weekend getaway. I prefer staying at a place with a proud history and character. On another note, The Falls are mesmerizing... stunning but the power of it scares me at times.

The surrounding areas have beautiful landscapes and architecture. Very picturesque, rugged but beautiful. During the day it was fun to grab Starbucks and chocolate fudge and wander around for hours., so I wore my favorite jumpsuit and flats.... super comfy!
I am wearing
Necessary Objects cotton jumpsuit
A & F Sweater

As for the night, we went out for dinner at The Keg Restaurant (on the 9th floor of Embassy Suites Hotel). The view is fantastic and the food great. As for the rest of the night, we had some fun at Fallsview casino.
As for my date night out outfit, I wore mostly black with a sequin top. The most exciting part of the outfit was the shoes... I finally had a chance to wear them out. I love them to death.
I am wearing:
Mackage Leane Leather Jacket
Michael Kors Heels
Coach Patent Leather Wristlet

Seriously, I love Andrew's shoes as much as I mine... He's got awesome taste in fashion... :)
Everyone couple needs some alone time... and our Niagara Falls romantic getaway was perfect.
