Garters as Outerwear? Yay or Nay....

Hello Darlings,

I am all for beautiful lingerie to make a woman feel sensual and feminine. But the beauty of sexy lingerie is to keep it a secret for you to know and someone special to discover. I don't want the world to know my feminine secrets.

I do love the lingerie inspire trend seen all over runways this fall, such as by Christian Dior Couture. But should some trends stay on the runway? My question is: Garters as Outerwear: Yay or Nay?

Personally, I am not totally "nay" but 16 years old's like Taylor Momsen wearing them drives me nuts!  It's okay if a woman is daring enough to wear them so long as she wears them with confidence and pride. But would an average woman look like a "pretty woman"? It could look fun and flirty if tasteful, but it is a VERY fine line. Would you be willing to take the risk?
