Hello Darlings,
It seems as if I'm already in full holiday mode as all the talk about my house is when to get the Christmas tree, what color scheme do we want, and where to find a lovely dining set. Which brings me to another topic - Etiquette! I found these wonderful pointers while browsing Pinterest and thought that we all could benefit from a little recap :)

Yes, we live in a modern age and everything has changed... blah blah blah! However as far as table manners go, there is always room for proper etiquette - such as nothing drives me nuts more than a cellphone at a dinner table!
With holiday season upon us, it is officially the craziest time of the year at our playgrounds. Shopping malls are crammed with people in search of the perfect holiday gifts. Personally, I prefer shopping online for holiday gifts as the process is less hectic and can be accompanied by a yummy glass of red wine to help make those tough choices easier!

The only times I venture to a shopping mall during the holiday season is when hunting for an outfit for an upcoming soiree or to check out big in-store only sales. After all, it is best to prepare yourself for holidays as I am sure that to girls want to get stuck running late with nothing cute to wear :)
I am spending this weekend with my family, celebrating my parents 25th wedding anniversary! With such a special occasion, I just wanted to share one of my favorite family photos.

My mom, dad and I in Ukraine circa 1988! Lots of love to my parents :)
Have you ever found yourself in that awkward moment staring blank at the wine list, wishing they had offered a wine course in school? Well, me too! But thanks to Angela Aiello - the creative and energetic creator of iYellow Wine Club - there is a fun way to learn all things wine.
Congratulations to our winner Nicole, who said "Chardonnay is my favorite to sip!". Enjoy wine school Nicole :)
