Exploring the ROM… part 1

Hello Darlings, I'm not sure it I should call this a fashion post .... but anyways, as I've mentioned, I went to the Royal Ontario Museum(ROM) this weekend. I will openly admit that I"m a sucker for museums and galleries .... Andrew and I spent the day in the museum and have decided to come back in couple of weeks to finish the rest of the exhibitions... later on we went to grab some dinner at charming little bistro near by... and to me that is an idea Saturday :) Although my outfit is nothing special, it was incredibly comfy .... walking around the museum for hours + no foot pain at all = a very happy girl!!! However, Finding parking a b*tch in downtown ..... :P

The ROM is the 5th largest museum in North America, containing more than 6 million items and over 40 galleries. It is currently undergoing a major renovation and expansion project, dubbed Renaissance ROM. The centerpiece is the recently opened Michael Lee-Chic Crystal, designed by architect Daniel Libeskind and Bregman +Hamann Architects. 20th Birthday Celebration

Hello Darlings,

I enjoyed a perfect 20th birthday celebration with a monster chocolate cake and some intimate time with my loved ones.

I also spent my weekend with Andrew at the cottage, spending time by the beach and partying with friends. Monday (on my birthday) we had dinner with my parents, and today, we went out for Japanese food in the cutest area of Toronto. A four day celebration is not sooo bad ... lol.
As for my birthday outfit (the date night outfit), I wore a Chix dress by Maggie Ward together with my BCBG Max Azria Tuxedo Blazer and Michael Kors Ankle Boots.

Andrew's lobster is on fire, lol .... the dinner was so much fun. Although, this was not our fist time there, it's always fun to go back :)

Gifts Time
As for my gift, I received a beautiful Canon Camera and accessories from Andrew, it's super tiny and pink .... he always gives the greatest gifts!
 

My parents got me a day at the spa, a super cute scarf, make up, redecorated my room including my closet, and of course lots of Godiva chocolate (my fav.) I also received Dior goodies from my best friend and more Godiva. Thank you all for such a wonderful birthday :) Lots of love .... MWAH
