There's Something About Animal Prints

Hello Darlings, What is it about animal prints that make every outfit look cute?

That's what I've been asking myself for the past month or so every time I reach for prints. Lately, animal and reptile prints have come to rule my wardrobe and wish-lists, there is nothing cuter. It seems that an animal print is the edge that an otherwise boring outfit needs. This Saturday morning strolling Sherbrooke Street and Victoria Avenue in Westmount (Montreal) called just for that!

It was one of those lazy days when a hat was a perfect solution for a bad hair day, and cashmere was the perfect companion for warmth and comfort. My new pair of Rich & Skinny snake print jeans completed the trick of transforming me from feeling like a mess. What can I say, there are times when running out to a patisserie for a breakfast and then a quick stop at a furniture store does not call for a lengthy make-up and hair session :P

Sometimes every girl needs a shortcuts to feel cute, and a touch of print is my latest trick. Well, prints and a bit of blush. So perhaps the reason why I love animal prints is because of how I feel wearing them. Regardless the reason, this week I've added yet another pair of leopard print jeans from Zara - they were just too cute to resist!

What's your favorite pattern?

With Love...
