With another Boxing Day conquered, the question of the day is Boxing Day shopping - is it worth it? Despite my best efforts to plan, I've realized Boxing Day success is more about luck and lots of will power. Also it's key to have a specific piece to hunt to avoid wandering aimlessly and save yourself from unnecessary purchases.

Therefore, this boxing day I had a clear goal in mind. Only to buy items that I actually need now or in the near future. This Boxing Day, I ended up leaving with a dress for my university graduation, a skirt for my internship, and a pair of flats that I've been dying to get. As well as some beauty products.

Can I say that it was a successful day of shopping? Yes! Only because I purchased items that I need and I did so with saving quite a bit. So, shall we explore my boxing day "scores"... and reasons behind the purchase and the amount saved! This is kind of like a Boxing Day Analysis...

With Hanukkah underway and Christmas just around the corner, I spent yesterday shopping for gifts and to Godiva for Dark Chocolate Decadence for a treat for me. As the day wore on, I realized how with the holiday season comes rudeness and irritability both in staff and customers.

It's a stressful time and everyone deals with stress differently, but why do some completely lose their sense of manners?

Despite the Juicy Couture brand not being in favor with the fashion community, I do like the feminine and laid-back appeal. I understand why fashionistas hate the velour track suit, since I am a part of that group. However, in my view the same dislike should not be applied to the entire line. My experience with Juicy Couture merchandise has been great, and I was excited to hear that Erin Fetherston is their new guest designer.

I couldn't help myself when finding this beautiful silk jumper on Shopbop. As some of you may know, I adore Juicy Couture (most of the time). Yes, even their tracksuits (no "Juicy" on my bum) as lounge wear around home, to walk my dog, or when on an airplane for more than 10 hours! But only for lounge wear! Note: Never use the tracksuit as substitute for REAL CLOTHING! Because it is not!
