Every few months, I update my skin care routine to suit the season and my ever-changing skin needs. This winter, my skin has been super dry and very sensitive. Although it took me a while, I have finally discovered a routine that is working well.
This is my current list of skin care favorites and reasons for avoiding Clinique products... and trust me the title of "favorites" does not come easily!
Hello Darlings,
With every new step comes a wave of anxiety, including in that establishing a career comes a wardrobe crisis. Getting thrown into a world of conservative, prim and fancy is no small issue, especially when the way you're ultimately received is shaped so much by first impressions. Of course, there's that good-old saying "don't judge a book by its cover", but really don't you judge harshest when you first meet new people?

As Edith Head famously noted, "You can have anything you want in life if you dress for it." Which makes me wonder, is the secret to success a killer wardrobe? Well, of course qualities as intelligence, dignity, honesty and wit are obviously useful. But does this mean they are not as important as a killer pair of Christian Louboutin heels? Don't be freaked out... I am only joking!!! But if you do believe in the above statement, then this post is about to get super dull for you....

Hello Darlings,
My latest finds are very effective as far as pimples and blemishes go. I've been using both products for a few months and have seen great improvements. One of the products is Dermalogica's Clearing Skin Wash — sent to me courtesy of Dermalogica— and the second is Kiehl's Calendula Herbal Extract Alcohol Free Toner.

Hello Darlings,
I apologize for the lack of posts this week, however I needed to take some time to adjust to my new internship. In between taking two language classes and a bunch more, I am learning to juggle a job. So far I am very excited and happy, however i am definitely getting used to dressing the part. I will have an outfit post of what I wore on the first day of work coming up... in the meantime, I would like to share this stunning editorial from Vogue UK.

In the midst of a stressful last semester, all I want is a break to get away from everything and just be...ideally as far from snow as possible :) As far as vacations go, I don't care where I ago but as long as I am in a great company :)
Where do you want to be right now???? OR Your favorite vacation destination?
