My highlighter bright Pretty Ballerinas Rita flats arrived and I am head-over-heels in love with them. Typically I am someone who avoids loud colors, but for these I will make an exception.

I spent many years dancing ballet, so wearing them feels natural. And they are a pretty alternative to wearing heels on days when a lot of walking is on the agenda. All I need is a tutu and I'm ready for the Swan Lake, lol.

To some flats ruin an outfit, and to others they are just plain dull. To me, the right flat can look irresistibly adorable and chic. I love wearing them during the warmer seasons, usually instead of sandals.

It is amazing. Not only does it contain SPF, but it also prevents my face from getting oily throughout the day. Before this I used Smashbox or Chanel Primer, but I love this soooo much more and it is much cheaper. I am not a big fan of MAC but this is a great product.

Perfect for summer. It is not as oily as the Ultra Facial Moisturizer, but still very moisturizing. Worth trying if your skin is more oily in the summer.

On a rainy day in Toronto, I went luggage shopping. I've always used a regular upright valise, but hate how wrinkled and disorganized everything was. So I am searching for a new wheeled garment bag.

To go shopping, I wore a French Connection Tee Dress and Tulula Babaton Wool Blazer. I accessorized with my opaque Calvin Klein tights and Michael Kors duck boots.

I love the bow accent on the dress. I am obsessed with bows, they are tooo cute!!!!

I have always believed that the more organized the bag, the more it will fit. So I bought this Atlantic Valise and Wheeled Garment Bag which has:

1) Double detachable hooks to allow bag to hang when open.

2) Door opening panel, which zips in for extra protection.

3) Universal brackets to lock hangers in place and accept most hangers.

Just returned from a romantic weekend getaway at Niagara Falls. It was a much needed getaway for Andrew and I to enjoy each others company.

A quick escape nearby can be way better as a couple than is a huge vacation and this was one of those cases.We stayed at the 80 year old Crowne Plaza Niagara Falls (opened in 1927), not only because I was fascinated with the history and its unique architecture but also because Marilyn Monroe stayed there when filming "Niagara"in 1952.

I am not a big fan of generic modern day hotels for a romantic weekend getaway. I prefer staying at a place with a proud history and character. On another note, The Falls are mesmerizing... stunning but the power of it scares me at times.

The surrounding areas have beautiful landscapes and architecture. Very picturesque, rugged but beautiful. During the day it was fun to grab Starbucks and chocolate fudge and wander around for hours., so I wore my favorite jumpsuit and flats.... super comfy!

As for the night, we went out for dinner at The Keg Restaurant (on the 9th floor of Embassy Suites Hotel). The view is fantastic and the food great. As for the rest of the night, we had some fun at Fallsview casino.

As for my date night out outfit, I wore mostly black with a sequin top. The most exciting part of the outfit was the shoes... I finally had a chance to wear them out. I love them to death.
