Hello Darlings,
Today I was shopping for jeans, tees and make up, when I discovered my favorite Chanel bronzer and Lancome lip gloss were limited edition and no longer available. Limited editions should be available for special order. It so unfair when a girl finds a perfect shade of pink lip gloss and now it's gone, so I had to stick with Dior.
Me = Blind
Another challenge today was shopping for Contact Lenses. I am pretty blind, and have been wearing contacts for about 8 years. I don't like wearing glasses, and I don't even own a pair. I wear my contacts from morning to evening, and change them often which means I buy tons of them. My favorite ones are Acuvue Oasys - however, I hate going to the doctor so I usually buy them on line. My experience online shopping for contacts has been great, so if you need them too check out discount contacts who have great prices.

Today, I received a surprise e-mail from author Karen Essex of my favorite book, Leonardo's Swans... (I jumped around my room *blush blush*) how often do you receive "thanks for reading my book" from an author? Not only is she an award-winning journalist, a screen writer, and author of two acclaimed biographical novels, Kleopatra and Pharaoh, but Karen is also a fashion lover, who "never felt the need to look like a frumpy writer" and who views fashion "as theater, and another art form to enjoy."
