South Beach Miami: Shopping

Hello Darlings, Just hours before the clock strikes midnight and we welcome a new year, I am shopping in South Beach Miami preparing for my night out and reflecting on 2011!

Steps taken forward, and a few back, but overall this year was terrific. This year it really sunk in the value of determination and strength - as the saying goes you get what you work for, not what you deserve! (oh crumbs—I just realized that I'm out of Moroccan Oil - let the frizz begin).

To prepare for my own big night, earlier today I wandered the shopping streets of South Beach—Lincoln Road, Washington Avenue, and Collins Avenue— in search for a new New Years Eve dress. After visits to Barney's, Nicole Miller, The Webster Miami and even the Kardashian sisters own store Dash, I gave in to my hunger to stop in at a cute Mexican restaurant at Espanola Way.  To quench my disappointment of not finding a must-have, I indulged with a gigantic mojito and fresh guacamole and chips. After all, what's the point of being upset?

I AM WEARING: H&M Stripe Sweater // BCBG Max Azria Suui Pointelle Skirt // 3.1 Phillip Lim Simon Sunglasses // Coach Madison Leather Lindsay Satchel // Repetto Rose Amour Flats

As I continued wandering, I stumbled upon Juicy Couture store where I picked up an adorable cardi. I also made a pit stop at Sephora to stock up on skin care products: since with this hot weather my winter heavy-weights were not doing my skin justice.

Although, I am without a new cocktail dress,  boy am I excited for tonight :) With new dress or without, I must decide on my outfit... and I am running late :P See you all in 2012!

CHEERS!

Lots of Love and Hugs...

Marta
