In 2011, Count Your Blessings...

Hello Darlings,

I hope everyone had a beautiful new year celebration! I spent mine at  The Roosevelt Room Supper Club enjoying a wonderful dinner and then dancing with some of my closest and dearest.

I am very excited to begin a new year with the highest spirits and of course greatest hopes. I hope this year brings everyone countless blessings and happiness. I am thankful to have my family, friends, and every single one of you to share my life's little adventures. Thank you!

For my New Year's celebration, I wore my new BCBG Max Azria dress. With it's beautiful lace overlay and underlay, sequence stitching, and shift skirt with pockets, the dress was perfect for the occasion. Plus, it worked perfectly with my new L.A.M.B. heels.

I bought got these L.A.M.B. Giorgie Suede Booties heels a few weeks ago online at Browns Shoes. To my surprise, they are very comfortable and well made. The suede is even in tone, the soles are leather, and although high the heels are comfortable. I decided on my Marc by Marc Jacobs clutch to add a pop of color.

I am wearing:
BCBG Max Arzia Lace Cocktail Dress
L.A.M.B. Giorgie Suede Booties
Marc by Marc Jacobs "New Q" Wristlet

For my hair, I went to Blo Blow Dry Bar on Yonge Street. Blow-dry bars are everywhere now in  North America and offer a quick wash and style. This was my first time at  the Blow Bar and although I adored my hair style which took about an hour to achieve and 3o minutes in wait time, the service could have been more professional and accommodating. Sure it was busy since it was New Year's eve, but the girls could have been more professional in their conduct towards clients.

What did you do to celebrate the arrival of 2011?

With Love...

Marta
