Hello Darlings, With holiday season upon us, it is officially the craziest time of the year at our playgrounds. Shopping malls are crammed with people in search of the perfect holiday gifts. Personally, I prefer shopping online for holiday gifts as the process is less hectic and can be accompanied by a glass of red wine to help make those tough choices easier!

The only times I venture to a shopping mall during the holiday season is when hunting for an outfit for an upcoming soiree or to check out big in-store only sales. After all, it is best to prepare yourself for holidays as I am sure that no girls want to get stuck running late with nothing  to wear.

With office parties, holiday soirees and family dinners, every girl needs a fabulous and cheerful go to item. Just say no to reindeer sweaters, unless you're attending an ugly sweater party! Instead, as a good rule of thumb, sequins and sparkles are always a great choice - but my all-time favorite is feathers!

Every since I found my Robbi & Nikki feather skirt, I've been head-over-heel in love with the look! That skirt has worked for so many occasions and it always made a statement. So this holiday season, I am on a hunt for something made of feathers and that is oh-so-fabulous :)

When getting dressed for a night of turning heads, be sure also to put your best footsie forward with a killer heel. After all, no outfit is complete without a great shoe. For this particular occasion, which was the Toronto Life "Most Stylish" party, I went with my favorite YSL heels and a simple blouse. Despite the black and white, I felt that the textures worked well and a touch of gold with YSL ring and 3.1. Phillip Lim clutch was a perfect amount of sparkle.
