My ideal spring break would have to be going to Florence and Orvieto in Italy again. Most people want lots of sun and beaches, but I want the culture and the food!
I would love to go to Florence. Am really hoping that I can go to the South of France in May this year!
My idea spring break would be spent in Japan enjoying the culture, beautiful scenery, food and the green tea! It would refresh my mind and body, inspire me and uplift me.
My ideal spring break would be a beach vacation, but I really like learning about the cultures I visit, so maybe Fiji or Bali!
Me too Jess about learning about cultures, but it’s so far to travel to Fiji and Bali. And with such warm weather this week in Toronto I’m so excited for summer here!
I would love to travel to Argentina, the people, the food, the dancing! Even though I am not going anywhere this year for Spring Break I am glad that the weather at home is so spring-like. 17 today!
My ideal spring break would be a trip to visit my best friend who is teaching ESL in South Korea. I haven’t seen her in almost a year and I miss her terribly! Hopefully the visit would also include trips to neighbouring places like Japan and Thailand and Australia! That would be perfect.
What does your friend say it’s like in South Korea? It must be an amazing life experience for her.
She’s loving it! At first she wasn’t sure she’d last the whole year (the first few weeks were great, then problems with the school she was working at and general homesickness started to wear on her) but she’s found a great group of friends and she’s found her calling in teaching! When she comes back (possibly this August, although she may stay another year) she’s hoping to go to teacher’s college in Toronto. I’m so proud of her.
An ideal spring break would be on that lasts forever, but if that isn’t possible –hopefully somewhere romantic and/or exotic!

My ideal spring break would be a very expensive one. I would want to be on the beach in Maui with my girlfriend with two ice cold drinks in our hands. Every evening we’d watch the sunset and every morning we’d wake up to a beautiful sunrise.
My ideal spring break would be down at the beaches in the Dominican Republic sipping margaritas and pina colda!!
I second the motion! I got to be in Miami and Boca Raton this winter, and the weather was nice, but really wish I went farther south where the water is a lot warmer!
It’s probably a lot cheaper too in comparison to Miami!!!
ANDDDD I swear, beaches over at Punta Cana…hands down top 3 beaches in the world! It’s like it’s photoshopped!
