Managing Your Thoughts

Hello Darlings, In many situations you’ll hear people advice that it’s not the situation it is your state of mind that carves out the outcome. While I’ve always been the one to take that advice with a grain of salt, lately I’ve been questioning as to how true it may be. In many situation whether personal or professional we are defined by our outlook. Over time our mindset becomes habitual as does the process in which we resolve problems. Along with 40 of other international media, we had the opportunity to mingle backstage with some of…

Travel Essentials: Packing for a Ski Trip

Hello Darlings, For a girl who likes to change her outfits as often as her mind becomes a problem when travelling. Planning for a sunshine getaway is a breeze, just a few bikinis, sundresses and sandals and et voila you’re packed for fun in the sun. On another hand, packing for a ski vacation is more like a frost bite. It is a slow and brutal process that takes much elimination and in my case, upgrade in luggage size. Nonetheless, it is well worth the effort as the adventure in the mountains does not compare to much else. I’ve grown up…
