My Party at Thompson Toronto Rooftop

Hello Darlings, Tuesday night, I had the pleasure to host the Apres-Work party at the swanky Thompson Toronto rooftop patio. The venue is one of my favorites for summer evenings! This was my second time hosting an event at Thompson and I was looking forward to spending the evening mingling and enjoying cocktails with readers, industry colleagues and friends

Before the event, I had a fun time shopping with Toronto Blue Jay’s catcher, J.P. Arencibia. We spent a few hours together at the French Connection store at Bloor and Yonge in downtown Toronto, chatting about his style, women, life  -  he is a real sweetheart! While shopping with J.P., I was also on a mission to find a party dress for the evening. I decided on the ice blue French Connection Spotlight bandage dress. The color and the fit were exactly what I was looking for. Typically, bandage dresses are not my choice as I am worried about not being able to breathe or sit comfortably. This little number, was super comfortable but kept its shape without stretching. I look forward to wearing it again! It made me feel very feminine and pretty.
