Hello Darlings, During the last few days of summer came a trip that usually wraps up all the memories of warm weather adventures! While we all wish that the summer never come to an end but then again, some things are just out of our hands.

To bid summer farewell and celebrate the great moments that it did brings us, the girls and I like to get away together for a few days. Over the years it has become somewhat of a ritual especially as we got older and life took its course. While in our teenage years where each one of us lived just streets away, seeing each other was a daily routine. As life happened, it is trips such as these that hold those childhood bonds together.

On a sunny afternoon a few of us made a trip up North to one of our favorite getaway spots, The Westin Trillium at Blue Mountain. For those who live near Toronto know that Blue Mountain has become our very own close by oasis and an escape from the busy city life. Following a two hour drive and unloading two enormous boxes, we were ready to have some good old fun! Now you’re wondering what’s up with the boxes?! Well, inside them was our weekend fun delivered!

Palm Bay packed us with goodies and then sent us on our merry way! Inside the boxes was all that a party would possibly need! From Polaroid camera which made me as excited as a kid on a Christmas morning, to a portable speaker with an ultimate girls night play list, to candy, balloons, decorations....basically you name it, they got it! Among what I liked to call “party essentials kit” was also some of my favorite summer spirits including Palm Bay Pineapple Peach Wave Iced Tea and Strawberry Pineapple Sparkling Vodka Beverage. With a few ice cubes and chilled, they were a cherry on top of our weekend getaway.

Now how often do you actually decorate when your friends come over? Yup, not often! But decorate we did. Our two bedroom suite looked like it was ready for the best sweet 16th birthday party a girl could imagine. That’s the thing, sometimes it is those silly times between breaking the confetti and watching re-runs of Sex and The City that you create bonds for life and memories that you keep re-telling for years to come. To actually have those few days off and to spend them with my girls was amazing, but also having an experience as fun as the one Palm Bay provided us with well that was just a blast!

At the end of the day, it is important to celebrate the people in your life who are there for you during the fun times but also the bad ones. After all, it is some of those really terrible times overcome that allow you to then have some of the most amazing moments. Celebrating those you love is always a good idea. So have a sip of a Palm Bay Ice Tea and throw your girls and yourself a night in to remember!
