Hello Darlings, This past Tuesday, I had the pleasure of hosting the Canadian launch of Kate Spade New York. The event took place in the newly opened Kate Spade boutique at the Yorkdale Mall. I cannot express how blessed I feel to have your support and more so to have had the opportunity to meet so many of you in person. A million times thank you!
For those who are familiar with my site, will know that I’ve been a fan of Kate Spade for years and have collected a few too many candy colored purses. Having been invited to host the event was definitely special! None the less, as expected the party was filled with laughter and lots of color
Prior to the event, I stopped by the store to pick out my hostess dress and to meet the girls of Kate Spade. The girls were amazingly sweet and helpful and together we picked out this adorable Striped Burke Dress. Everything about the dress I love, from a classic silhouette to stripes and then of course the ruffles. For a touch of color I added my newly favorite Armani Maestro lip color in 401!
The party was a buzz the entire evening and I was lucky to have my mom join the fun as my plus one! She has always been a big part of this site and having her there made the night that much special.
