Favorite 12 Moments of 2012

Hello Darlings,

Happy New Year Everyone!!! Wishing you a blessed year filled with amazing memories and joy. To celebrate the start of a new year, I thought to recount 12 of my favorite moments from 2012.

From hitting the lowest of the lows when losing my aunt this summer, to enjoying the highest of highs, 2012 was a year filled with many wonderful memories and lots of firsts. For some, this year may have been difficult and for other a success, regardless of the past lets welcome the new year and create beautiful new memories with people that we love!

1.  Spending a sunny month of January in Florida and February in California

From the sandy beaches of Miami, clear waters of Boca Raton and stunning Worth Avenue stores in Palm Beach, and then travelling west to attend a couple of wicked Oscar parties in Los Angeles and to climbing the Runyon Canyon (my favorite). 2. Hosting a TIFF Party with DJ Brendan Fallis

Definitely a memorable night of fun and awesome music at Thompson Hotel rooftop in Toronto.

3. Graduating from University of Toronto

Graduating from University of Toronto with honors in architecture and art history was a proud moment. I really enjoyed all of my years but glad to be done. Click here for the post!

4. Spending a day shopping with JP Arencibia

JP of Toronto Blue Jays baseball team and I spent a couple of hours of shopping and just hanging out. It was lots of fun just getting to know him and his style. For the articles on our shopping adventures, click here and here.

5.  Top 30 Under 30 & Branded Content Conference

Being named as one of Canada’s Top 30 Under 30 by Marketing Magazine was an honor and then speaking at their conference on branded content was a cherry on top of a cake. Click here for the article on the Top 30 Under 30 and here about the conference.

6. Meeting Blake Nordstrom 

He is such an accomplish person with an admirable background and it was truly a pleasure to meet him during the announcement of Nordstrom Stores arrival to Canadian market.

7. Furnishing my new place

Since moving into my own place I have been playing a happy decorator and it sure is fun. It all started with a week long hunt for a leather corner sofa.

 8. Cutting off 4 inches of my hair

Four inches may not seem significant but to me it was a huge deal. 

9. Shooting many hours of Celebrity Style Story 

I’ve spent many hours shooting and preparing for E! channel’s Celebrity Style Story, which was an incredibly unique experience.

 11. Celebrating my parents anniversary

This November my parents celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary which made this to be one of my favorite memories.

12. Going to Dallas to hang out for few days with DeMarco Murray

 Last week, I made my last trip of the year to Texas. For a few days I hung out with Dallas Cowboys running back, DeMarco Murray. I loved Dallas and had a fun time with DeMarco.
