Breakfast Made Easy

Hello Darlings, Growing up we’ve all heard it many times over and over again. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. While the fact never changed only 44% of us actually eat it every day. Myself included. I am not a morning person and enjoying extra 10 minutes of sleep is worth sacrificing anything for. Many days that sacrifice is my breakfast and I am not proud to admit it. With my job some days are spent at numerous locations while others are spent at home. On days when I have meetings or need to visit client offices it’s…

Setting 3 Year Goals

Hello Darlings, The day after my 25th birthday I felt like a weight of the world has come crushing down on my shoulders. Not sure what changed within twenty four hours but on that day two years ago it all did. Notable Real Talk

Hello Darlings,  Few weeks ago I had the pleasure of joining two of my fellow Notable Award recipients to be a part of  a panel discussion organized by Notable.ca titled “Real Talk“. At the time it was such a foreign concept that I kept it a secret from family and friends for months. For my first article I wrote about Coco Chanel as it only seemed fitting that I start first with an individual who inspired this journey.…

Creating Healthy Habits With Jawbone UP Move

Hello Darlings, First to admit that I’m not one to go on health fixes, juice cleanses or the latest fitness crazed classes. As much as I do care about my well being and focus on exercise and good nutrition, I do find that it is a matter of mentality. I’ve always kept an “old school” mindset that everything in moderation is a good life plan. I think that finding balance between what your life is and where you want it to go is a matter of habits. Habits that we form regardless of whether good or bad is a matter of time. As…
