Sleep Routine and Productivity

Hello Darlings, People are usually under impression that entrepreneurs require little sleep while staying continuously productive. Nothing could be further from the truth. We’ve all read those articles highlighting entrepreneurial lifestyle of waking up at 5am and completing all the tasks before the rest of the world wakes up. While for some it might be true, for others it’s an unrealistic standard. Most spend countless hours late into the night working which has great implications on their health and longterm productivity. It is especially true in the starting stages of the business. Porsche Camp4 Canada

Hello Darlings, This winter has been a snowy one and not very kind to drivers. The other day as I was driving home in yet another snow storm when I encountered black ice. Prior to welcoming Luna into my life, a favourite line from just about everyone was, “Say good- bye…

BirdO, LOT42

Hello Darlings, In my past life, art was a prominent part of it. While it may feel as if ages have gone by, it was only in 2011 that I stepped my foot into a dream opportunity — Sotheby’s. As I walked into their Toronto office, the five years that I spent at University of Toronto specializing in Art History and Architecture seemed worth it. For a while it was. In fact so much that before ever getting there I was planning on going to Sotheby’s Institute of Art to complete a Masters Degree in Art Business. Little did I…
