Sometimes Less Is More

Hello Darlings, After a long wait, today I had an appointment with a sought after dermatologist. Having sensitive and acne prone skin, made me into a skin-care freak and as a result sent me on a quest to find a good dermatologist who would address my skin concerns.  I am sure that some of you may relate to those dreaded words, “acne-prone”. From fancy creams by Chanel and Clarins, to dermatologist recommended Vichy and then organic Korres; today’s outcome not only intrigued but surprised me.

The Art of Spoiling Yourself

Hello Darlings, There are times when a girl should spoil herself. Maybe as a reward for a job well done, to feel better during a crummy break-up, or if you’re feeling under the weather – a little time spent on yourself can be the best way to inspire and lift the spirits. Some of my personal favorites are art gallery visits, shopping at a make-up counter for spring updates, sandal shopping and some much needed girls nights on a patio. It’s just a matter of showing yourself some love.

Philosophy Luncheon in Fendi

Hello Darlings, A few weeks ago, together with my best friend Anna, I attended a fabulous luncheon and seminar hosted by Philosophy Skin Care and Coty Canada. Surrounded by the prettiest choice of teacup roses, and while sipping on our watermelon smoothies, Anna and I were observing all the eye-candy surrounding us. From the latest in anti-aging creams, to the delicious smelling bath gels, to the precious gift sets: it was all there!
