In The Big Apple

Hello Darlings,

I’ve finally found a second to sit down over a cup of coffee and share with you a few memories from the past few days in the Big Apple……

These past few days exploring New York City have been ooh-so-amazing!!! In company of close friends and in a city as exciting as New York, there is never a dull minute. This is exactly the vacation I needed……

These past few days have been ooh-so-amazing!!!  In company of close friends and in a city as exciting as New York, there is never a dull minute. This  is exactly the vacation I needed……

From shopping at  Marc by Marc Jacobs to indulging at Magnolia Bakery at Bleecker Street (we are staying in the area, and I am in love with it) to enjoying the cozy restaurants and relaxing at jazz lounges.  From Guggenheim and Central Park to Waldorf and Rockefeller center… we have had a million laughs, a million litres of hot cocoa from Dean& Deluca, and a million memories. A wonderful start to a new year and an unforgettable vacation… this has been a wonderful experience. I would like to wish everyone a beautiful new year that is filled with laughter and a million joyous memories of your own!

I am just trying to relax and enjoy the stay, with no partying until 6 in the morning.  I have experienced what it is like to live in this magical city by avoiding the hotels and renting a fabulous condo in the most charming neighborhood. My mornings start with a trip to a local coffee shop for french toast and of course, espresso.  Then a little shopping, some tourist-y attractions to delightful lunches and cozy dinners over a glass of red wine. And then of course, some down time in a lounge. The days are going by quickly and I wish I could stop the clock… but soon enough I will be home and heading back to uni. As for now… I am just trying to relax and enjoy every minute to the fullest!
